Where Coating Innovation Meets Impeccable Quality!
The design of our conveyorized oven features two ‘negative air’ type seals at both the entry and exit points. These seals effectively minimize heat loss and reduce the risk of powder blow-off. With a focus on speed and efficiency, the system operates at approximately 1000mm per minute, significantly boosting output and enabling us to handle batch items efficiently. Our advanced powder coating system can accommodate products up any sizes, and depending on the part’s complexity, automation can be employed to ensure competitiveness in high-volume paint applications and varying batch sizes.
Our online powder coating system also includes a state-of-the-art powder recycling center. This feature reduces waste powder, helping us to maintain lower costs.
