Our Coating Services Process
Pre-Treatment
The item(s) to be powder coated undergo a thorough 7-stages pre-treatment process. First, they are degreased, followed by a phosphate wash, and then a double rinse to ensure a perfectly prepared surface.
Drying Oven
Next, the items are placed in a drying oven to eliminate any remaining moisture and prime the surface for powder coating.
Colouring
In the colouring booth, the items are coated with a uniform layer of the chosen colour, ensuring even and consistent coverage.
Curing
Finally, the items are heated in the curing oven, which seals the colour and produces a high-end, powder-coated commercial finish.
